If you have yet to post up your blog assignment…. please do. With your other courses out of the way it is now time to devote the last of your energy on Academic Study Skills. You have until midnight tonight to finish your blog. Continue working on that research journal, then once that is done you can hand it in and kick back and enjoy the summer.

Good luck with your blog enteries. Please view each others response to the assignment if you are unsure. Please note you will need to email me your blog address if your name does not yet appear on the blog role. I have loaded all those new addresses that I have received to date… so if it is not on the role or if your link does not work you will need to resend me your address ASAP! Blogs which are not able to be accessed will not be able to be marked…. so please check and make sure. Remember my email address is gferguson@unitec.ac.nz I will be around the labs during this weeks tutorial times to assist those of you who are having problems. This time can also be used for journal help etc. Please check in with me at the beginning of the scheduled tutorial if you want extra help.

Hope your holidays have been great fun.
Please make a start on your blogs (refer to the September Blog tutorial for help with this).
If your name is not on the blog role you will need to get yourself a wordpress blog and give me your address so you can start blogging immediately. This last term is a short and very quick one, it is important that you get started on this assignment early. We will be running ongoing tutorial support and formative assessments to support you in the assignment, but it will be necessary to make an early start in order to take full advantage of these opportunities and to also achieve to the best of your capability. You will need to attend tutorials to gain the neccessary support with this.
REMEMBER:
1. If you are still in the process of establishing a blog…. get a hurry along and send me your blog address ASAP via email:
gferguson@unitec.ac.nz
2. If your name is on the blog role, please test it to see if it is working and to ensure it goes to the correct site. You do this by clicking on the / your name.If there is a problem email me and we will try and sort it out.
3. If your name is not on the blog role but you think you have sent me your details you will probably need to resend/ email them to me again, as I may not have recieved them.
4. If you are having problems and need extra help contact us (Edith & Gina) in the tutorials and we will work with you to solve the hitches you may encounter.
